(CSE: EASY) (Frankfurt: 39H) (the "Company" or "SpeakEasy") is pleased to announce that is has filed its audited financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2018 and the corresponding management's discussion and analysis ("MD&A"). The Company anticipates filing its financial disclosure for the interim period ended October 31, 2018 on or prior to January 31, 2019, which will bring its financial filings current.
The Company is also pleased to announce that the British Columbia Securities Commission announced in a press release dated January 16, 2019 that the revised and extended temporary order issued in November 2018 has not been extended to SpeakEasy Cannabis Club Ltd.
