• Kimberlea Baron, Organizational Psychologist, an authentic leader who invests herself wholeheartedly working with SPB's professionals, our national and international clients and our partners across Canada - For 16 years, Kim has deployed her broader vision of human issues within organizations to serve SPB and its clients. She has built an enviable reputation as a strategic consultant to management teams, advisor on succession issues and leadership coach. Originally from the Toronto area, she moved to Quebec to do her doctoral studies. Her clear-sighted and unifying leadership enhances the development of our team of consultants and our partners, both in Montreal and across Canada.
• Michel Therrien, Organizational Psychology Consultant, inspirational leader of SPB's Laval and Quebec City offices - Michel began working with SPB in 1998. There followed a variety of assignments in different private and public sector organizations, before he returned to SPB in 2006 to share his broad experience with our team. Recognized for his infectious enthusiasm and his ability to design solutions adapted to his clients' requirements, Michel contributes leadership and inspiration to the SPB offices in Laval and Quebec City. He also has strong expertise in leadership assessment and development.
• Martin Cloutier, Organizational Psychologist, passionate leader of the unique SPB client experience - Martin joined our Quebec City office in 2004 and continued his career at headquarters in Longueuil. He has held a number of key positions in support of the company's sustainable performance, including director of operations and client relations manager. Known for his expertise in assessment, his agility, his professional judgment and his well-honed business sense, Martin also has a reputation for meeting objectives and always respecting his commitments.
• Johanne Théroux, Organizational Psychologist, Managing Partner, SPB - With over 20 years' experience in large management consulting firms, Johanne brings to SPB a unique talent for organizational transformation and change management. Transforming our vision into tangible accomplishments is her forte. She also ensures that SPB's development is consistent with our reputation for forward-thinking professionalism and partnership with the client, within a comprehensive, unified and synergy-based organization.
