A Deletion from the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index
TORONTO, Jan. 6, 2017 /CNW/ - S&P Dow Jones Canadian Index Services will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Canadian Indices:
The shareholders of DirectCash Payments Inc. (TSX:DCI) have approved a definitive agreement whereby the company will be acquired by Cardtronics plc (NASDAQ:CATM). The terms are $CAD19.00 cash per share of DirectCash Payments. The shares of DirectCash Payments will be removed from the S&P/TSX SmallCap Index after the close of trading on Monday, January 9, 2017.
