Sonic announces issuance of 1.2 million options

VANCOUVER , Jan. 21 /CNW/ - SONIC Technology Solutions Inc. ("SONIC" or "the Company") today announced the grant of 1,200,000 stock options to officers and consultants of the company at an exercise price of $0.15 per share for a 5 year term. The stock options are granted pursuant to the company's stock option plan.

These options were issued with the recent changes in the management of the company and the addition of key consultants which will work closely with the Company to execute its strategy of developing a PetroSonic heavy oil upgrading facility in the international arena as its immediate priority.
