SmartCool announces grant of stock options

VANCOUVER, Jan. 26, 2012 /CNW/ - SmartCool Systems Inc. (TSXV: SSC) (the "Company") announces that a total of 775,000 stock options have been granted to the directors and officers of the Company at an exercise price of $0.20 per share for a period of five years from the date of grant.

The options have been granted in accordance with the Company's stock option plan.
