SAN ANTONIO, TX, Sept. 18, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - The Company announced today the signing of a Licensed Partner and Distribution Agreement in Istanbul, Turkey with Soluspay, a new Turkish company formed to pursue prepaid card deployment in Turkey and the surrounding region. The President of Soluspay, Sertac Ozinal, is a much respected executive in the financial services industry in Turkey.
Mr. Ozinal's career in the financial services sector spans positions at Andersen Consulting, Pamukbank, one of the leading retail banks in Turkey and, most recently as CEO of BKM, Interbank Card Centre of Turkey between 2004-2011. BKM manages the authorization operations between the banks, domestic clearing and settlement of debit and credit card managing more than four billion transactions per year with a volume of 360 billion USD per year. Mr. Ozinal also took an active role in developing strategies for Turkish Card Payment System.
