The new 24/7 global support services will provide customers with a comprehensive solution; offering access to expert support from SMART and Microsoft Lync Experts, guaranteed qualified response times and advance hardware replacement to reduce down time and costs.
Additionally, customers will have access to SMART's support portal, software releases and optional access to proactive monitoring and usage reporting for SMART Room Systems™ for Microsoft® Lync®. Customers can match their unique business needs to the right support package, with 3 levels available: Basic, Elite and Platinum.

Platinum features the same as Elite plus:

- Optional access to a dedicated support manager and regular support review meetings
