Shell Energy Closes on Acquisition of Integrys Energy Services' Canadian

<p><location>HOUSTON</location>, <chron>Sept. 21</chron> /CNW/ -- Shell Energy <location>North America</location> (<location>Canada</location>) Inc., a subsidiary of Shell Energy <location>North America</location> (US), L.P. (Shell Energy), today announced it closed on its acquisition of the Canadian natural gas and power customer contract portfolio of Integrys Energy Services of <location>Canada</location> Corp., a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrys Energy Services, Inc.</p>

<p>Effective <chron>October 1, 2009</chron>, these customer contracts will be integrated into Shell Energy's existing natural gas and power portfolio.</p>
