About The Gathering
An annual celebration of Fire, Food and Music, drawing people from Newfoundland and beyond to experience the wild isolated beauty of Burlington, Middle Arm and Smiths Harbour. As part of a larger social enterprise, The Gathering will play an important role in transforming the region into a viable, world class tourist destination through intimate musical performances by local artists performing alongside well known artists, traditional and contemporary Newfoundland cuisine, story telling, chef hikes and more. The Gathering will help facilitate access to the unique experiences rural Newfoundland has to offer by allowing them to participate in the power of the landscape and its people. Our goal is to raise money to support the long term aspirations of the larger social enterprise under BSM Manor not-for-profit.
