Shareholder Files Early Warning Report in Parkit Enterprise Inc.
TORONTO, Dec. 13, 2018 /CNW/ - Brad Dunkley, 1133 Yonge Street, 5th Floor, Toronto, ON M4T 2Y7 (the "Acquiror"), announces today that he has filed an early warning report in respect of his acquisition of 59,500 common shares of Parkit Enterprise Inc. (the "Company") at a price of $0.2692 per Common Shares or a total of $16,017.50.
Prior to the filing of the early warning report, Brad Dunkley had ownership, acting jointly, over 3,196,000 common shares, representing approximately 9.90% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
Following the acquisition of common shares of the Company by the Acquiror on December 12, 2018, Brad Dunkley, acting jointly, has ownership over 3,255,500 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 10.08% of the issued and outstanding shares of the Company.
The Acquiror acquired these securities for investment purposes and may in the future acquire or dispose of securities of the Company, through the market, privately or otherwise, as circumstances or market conditions warrant.
