CANADA'S LARGEST SUPPLY CHAIN SOLUTIONS COMPANY FOCUSED EXCLUSIVELY ON THE HANDLING OF TEMPERATURE SENSITIVE PRODUCTS EXPANDS GLOBAL REACH WITH TEN TOTAL REFRIGERATED WAREHOUSING FACILITIES APPROVED TO EXPORT BEEF AND PORK TO CHINA
TORONTO, Sept. 26, 2016 /CNW/ - VersaCold Logistics Services announced today that seven of its facilities have been approved to export meat and meat products to the People's Republic of China as of September 8th. Having received approval for three of its refrigerated warehousing facilities in 2014 and 2015, VersaCold now has ten total approved facilities in Canada. There are only 30 facilities in the country that have received approval to export meat and meat products to China – one third of which are owned and operated by VersaCold.

VersaCold engaged with senior government officials, retained the services of legal firms, and worked with industry groups in both Canada and China in order to meet the stringent requirements of the approval process.
