CALGARY , Nov. 13 /CNW/ - Seven Generations Energy Ltd. ("Seven Generations") announces that it has sold 8,500,000 common shares of Result Energy Inc. ("Result") at a price of $0.3001 per share pursuant to a private transaction. That disposition brings Seven Generations' ownership of Result common shares to 880,863 common shares, representing approximately 1% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Result.
