TORONTO, Nov. 23 /CNW/ - Just in time for the Holidays, Kahlua(R) is introducing a new flavour to its family of premium liqueurs - Mocha. The same premium taste you can expect from the original Kahlua coffee liqueur, but with a delicious dark chocolate twist.

The new Mocha flavour is a natural complement to the premium coffee flavour of Kahlua that is perfect for the Holiday season. Kahlua Mocha is made from a blend of 100 per cent Arabica coffee, natural vanilla and real dark chocolate made from the finest cocoa beans. It's sure to have your guests asking for your cocktail recipes.

    Celebrate the Holidays with Kahlua Cocktails

    The Basics:
    Kahlua Mocha Feature Cocktail
    Kahlua Mocha & Milk
    1 1/2 oz. Kahlua Mocha
    4 1/2 oz. milk
    Add contents to a rocks glass
    filled with ice and enjoy!

    The Energy Boost:
    Kahlua Espresso Martini
    1 oz. Kahlua
    1 oz. vodka
    1/2 oz. freshly brewed espresso
    or strong black coffee
    Add ingredients to a shaker filled
    with ice, including hot espresso or
    black coffee. Shake vigorously to
    chill and strain into a martini glass.
    Garnish with a plain or chocolate
    covered coffee bean.

    The Refresher:
    Kahlua Mayan Raspberry
    2 oz. Kahlua
    6 fresh raspberries
    3 oz. soda water
    Shake Kahlua and fresh raspberries
    vigorously in a cocktail shaker with
    ice (to crush the raspberries) and double
    strain over fresh ice. Top with soda water
    and garnish with fresh raspberries.

    The Albertan:
    Kahlua Paralyzer
    1 oz. Kahlua
    1 oz. vodka
    milk
    cola
    Pour Kahlua and vodka over ice in a tall
    glass. Fill 3/4 of glass with cola and top
    with milk. Stir gently and serve.
