SenterNet Phi Gamma Inc. will issue 20,561,570 common shares for the Key Fob multifunctional device and related technologies

TORONTO, Feb. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - SenterNet Phi Gamma Inc. ("the Company") a Toronto based public company, pursuant to its obligation under the agreement that was signed on Feb 14, 2014 for a multifunctional key fob device for smart mobile devices, the Company will issue 20,561,570 common shares further to the agreement.

The Company launches testing of its revolutionary data distribution architecture mobile application for protection of the personal/private data on smart devices. The first platform will be on Android™.

As previously announced, the mobile application will utilize the four-layer authentication process.
