Stonewood Equity Partners, operating one of its fund companies (Stonewood Equity Fund I), will serve as the master franchise in Canada and will open its first location today, Sept. 15, in the Durham Region. Senior Helpers of Canada will serve senior citizens and their families throughout the Durham Region, and eventually the greater Toronto area. Senior Helpers' professionally trained caregivers will help local seniors continue to enjoy the comfort of their own home despite age-related illnesses and mobility challenges.
