Sears Unveils New Dealer Store in Claresholm, AB

Claresholm Dealer Store Presents $500 Donation to the Claresholm Kraken Summer Swim Club

CLARESHOLM, AB, July 23 /CNW/ - Sears Canada today opened a new Dealer Store in Claresholm as part of its commitment to offering customers more service, selection and convenience. The store is located at 130 - 49th Avenue West and is owned and operated by Launa Deering. The new 1200 sq ft. store will house a wide selection of major appliances, air & water treatment products, hardware, electronics and seasonal items, including Sears exclusive brands Kenmore and Craftsman.

While the Dealer Store is locally owned and operated, all merchandise sold is supported by Sears satisfaction guarantee, as well as Sears extensive Parts and Service Division, the largest service network in Canada. In addition, the store features Sears and third party credit card acceptance.

In celebration of the Claresholm store opening, Ms. Deering will be presenting a $500 cheque from the Sears In Your Community program to the store's local charitable partner, the Claresholm Kraken Summer Swim Club. Sears In Your Community initiatives provide support to children and youth in communities across Canada under the umbrella of two succinct and worthy causes: Children's Cancer Charities and After-School Programming.

The dealer store is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
