Mr. James Patterson will replace Mr. Sherman as interim Chair of the Company's recently announced Strategic Committee (see press release dated June 18, 2012).
The Company's board of directors would like to thank Mr. Sherman for his contributions to the Company and wish him success in his future endeavours.
