(the "Company") (TSXV: SMY) announces that it has granted incentive stock options to a director and a consultant of the Company for the purchase of an aggregate of 155,000 common shares of the Company for a period of five years at a price of $0.26 per share. These options have been granted pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan.
