Christopher Seed has been Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of Greenrock Asset Management Ltd., a clean technology investment company, since June 2010. Prior to Greenrock he was working as Vice President of Sales for an independent boutique brokerage firm in Toronto. Chris began his career at one of the largest Canadian bank-owned investment dealers and has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has held various roles throughout his career including corporate finance, sales, trading, and compliance.
