Sanjel Closes the Sale of its Canadian Pressure Pumping Assets

CALGARY, June 1, 2016 /CNW/ - Sanjel Corporation ("Sanjel" or the "Company") announces the closing of the previously disclosed sale of its fracturing, coiled tubing and cementing businesses in Canada. The Company wishes to thank its dedicated team of employees and its loyal customers for supporting Sanjel's business over the last 34 years and more recently through this transition period. Although this has been a very difficult period in the well service industry, Sanjel understands that a significant number of former employees of the Company have been offered employment opportunities by the purchasers in connection with this sale.
