Other additions to this event are special culinary and cooking demonstrations by celebrity chefs, including Tim Creehan of Cuvee Bistro; Johnny Earles, founder of Criolla's; Irv Miller of Jackson's; and Jim Richard of Stinky's Fish Camp.
