R.W. Tomlinson Limited - News Release

OTTAWA , Feb. 2 /CNW/ - R.W. Tomlinson Limited ("Tomlinson") of 5597 Power Road, Ottawa , ON K1G 3N4, has today filed an early warning report dated February 2, 2010 advising of its holdings in Upper Canada Gold Corporation ("UCG") (formerly Washmax Corp.).

Tomlinson has acquired beneficial ownership of 7,500,000 common shares of UCG, which shares were acquired by Tomlinson from treasury at a price of $0.19 per share and 3,750,000 common share purchase warrants at a price of $0.02 per warrant (each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share in the capital of UCG for a purchase price equal to $0.40 per share for a period of 24 months from the closing date). The common shares represent 24% of the issued and outstanding common shares of UCG.

Tomlinson acquired the securities for investment purposes and may acquire further securities of UCG in the future.
