Royal LePage Performance Realty continues to be uniquely placed as one of Canada's Best Workplaces

OTTAWA, April 22, 2016 /CNW/ - After close to a decade of consistent ranking in the Best Workplaces of Canada, Royal LePage Performance Realty has placed 3rd for Best Workplaces for Women in Canada, and 11th for Best Workplaces in Canada. It continues to be the only real estate brokerage to rank in Canada.

The Ottawa and Eastern Ontario real estate brokerage was recognized by the Great Place to Work® Institute at the 2016 Awards Ceremony, held last evening in Toronto. Royal LePage Performance Realty was also recognized as one of the top 20 organizations chosen by PREVNet, Canada's authority on research and resources for bullying prevention, for organizations that are leaders in creating quality workplace relationships. To be awarded this new "Stronger Together" Achievement Award is a stellar recognition for our firm. "We are particularly proud of this category as we continually strive to lead by example and continue to invest in our agents and staff," says John Rogan, Broker/Manager, at Royal LePage Performance Realty, "but more importantly we are proud of the commitment of our staff to work to our values."  Their firm also received a special mention in the Credibility category for trust in their management.

"At Royal LePage Performance Realty we have a culture of professionalism and excellence. This is evident in all aspects of our company.  We are proud to be associated with such a strong brand – the Best Workplaces designation is confirmation of this," says Rob Marland, a long-time agent with the firm.

Royal LePage Performance Realty thrives on its foundation of trust, and has built its reputation on its five values:  Respect, Honesty, Integrity, Professionalism, and Caring for Others. The environment within the office is one of mutual respect, where it often feels like family.

"I joined Royal LePage Performance Realty knowing that it was voted as a Best Workplaces in Canada by its employees due to its culture, work environment, and commitment to training.
