("Roxgold" or "the Company") (TSXV: ROG) today confirmed that its activities on the Yaramoko Gold Project, located approximately 180 kilometres southwest of Burkina Faso's capital city of Ouagadougou, currently remain unaffected by recent civil unrest. All company personnel are safe and have been accounted for.

Roxgold is a gold exploration and development company with its key asset, the high grade, 100% owned Yaramoko Gold Project located in the Houndé greenstone region of Burkina Faso, West Africa.
