Ross Smith Capital Group L.P. acquires shares of Markland AGF Precious Metals
Corp.

CALGARY, Dec. 3 /CNW/ - Ross Smith Capital Group L.P. ("Ross Smith Capital") announced that it has acquired an additional 19,300 shares of Markland AGF Precious Metals Corp. ("Precious Metals Corp."). As a result of the acquisition of such shares, Ross Smith Capital currently owns 172,700 shares of Precious Metals Corp., representing approximately 18.25% of the issued and outstanding shares of Precious Metals Corp.

Ross Smith Capital acquired the securities through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange for investment purposes only at an average price of CDN $12.73 per Share and may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership, control or direction over, shares or other securities of Precious Metals Corp. through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise.
