Ross Smith Capital Group L.P. acquires shares of Markland AGF Precious Metals
Corp.

CALGARY, Sept. 10 /CNW/ - Ross Smith Capital Group L.P. ("Ross Smith Capital") announced that it has acquired an additional 52,600 shares of Markland AGF Precious Metals Corp. ("Precious Metals Corp.").  As a result of the acquisition of such shares, Ross Smith Capital currently owns 153,400 shares of Precious Metals Corp., representing approximately 16.21% of the issued and outstanding shares of Precious Metals Corp.

The shares of Precious Metals Corp. were acquired through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange during the period from April 29, 2010 to September 9, 2010.  Ross Smith Capital acquired the securities for investment purposes only and may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership, control or direction over, shares or other securities of Precious Metals Corp. through market transactions, private agreements or otherwise.
