Jeff brings more than 30 years of wealth management experience, helping individuals, incorporated business owners, and professionals develop strategies to preserve, grow, and manage their wealth. His extensive background spans investment management, financial planning, and insurance, allowing him to take a comprehensive view of each client's financial circumstances and long-term objectives. Jeff has particular expertise in Individual Pension Plans for incorporated business owners and healthcare professionals, helping clients evaluate retirement planning opportunities available within their corporations. He also works with investors seeking to enhance portfolio income through disciplined, covered call strategies, with an emphasis on balancing income generation, risk management, and long-term investment objectives. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, where his studies included Economics and Political Science.
Tom brings more than 25 years of financial planning experience advising incorporated business owners and professionals. For the past decade at CDSPI, he focused specifically on comprehensive financial planning for dentists and their families, developing an in-depth understanding of the financial opportunities and challenges that dental professionals may encounter throughout their careers. Tom takes a holistic approach to financial planning, coordinating investment, tax, retirement, estate, and insurance strategies. His experience encompasses professional incorporation, wealth accumulation, retirement planning, and the eventual transition of practices, estates, and family wealth. Tom holds both the Financial Planner (Pl.Fin.) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designations. His approach focuses on simplifying complex financial decisions and helping clients understand how the different components of their financial lives work together.
