VANCOUVER, April 19 /CNW/ - On April 25, restaurant expert Ron Yudd comes to Vancouver to dish out timely advice for foodservice operators looking to succeed in today's challenging economy.

Yudd, who is president of Points of Profits Leadership Inc. in Gaithersburg, Maryland, will present at the 2010 BC Foodservice Expo, Western Canada's largest hospitality trade show, April 25 - 26 at the Vancouver Convention Centre.

Faced with an economic downturn, a drop in tourism and the impending HST on restaurant meals, business owners are especially hungry for innovative strategies and insights to fuel their operations.
