Friedman will continue to report to Doxee CEOs Paolo Cavicchioli and Sergio Muratori Casali.
Effective immediately, Friedman will assume responsibility for global strategy and operations, ensuring companywide alignment with a partner-centric business model. This move follows the recent announcement of Doxee as a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant for CCM Software and several growth initiatives, including new hires and product announcements under the umbrella of Doxee's innovative Cloud-based Customer Communication Management offering.
