Ricoh Canada to Port Mission-Critical FSA App to BlackBerry BES 10 platform

MISSISSAUGA, ON, May 15, 2013 /CNW/ - Ricoh Canada Inc. today announced it is porting its powerful Field Service Automation (FSA) application to the BlackBerry BES 10 platform.  The FSA app is Ricoh's best-in-class solution for the field service technical team, allowing remote employees to drive significant efficiencies in typical field based tasks such as call closing and scheduling.
