Richmond Minerals Inc. Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement
TORONTO, Dec. 30, 2014 /CNW/ - Richmond Minerals Inc. (TSXV: RMD) ("Richmond" or "the Corporation") is pleased to announce the closing of a non-brokered private placement financing for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $20,020 (the "Offering). The Offering consisted of the sale of flow-through shares ("FT shares") at $0.07 per share. The shares issued pursuant to this Offering will be subject to a four month statutory hold period. In connection with the Offering, a finder's fee of $1,401 will be paid.
Richmond intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to fund exploration work on the Company's Swayze area gold properties during 2015, and will renounce the qualifying expenditures to subscribers of the Offering for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2014. The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") and applicable securities regulatory authorities.
