To solidify its market positioning and to procure support in its current growth phase, Parta Dialogue proceeded with the nomination of three notable members to its Board of Directors. These new nominees arePierre Colas, Vice President and Director of Corporate Financing at Industrielle Alliance, Marcelline Goldstein, Senior Acrobatic Scout at Cirque du soleil, and Jean-Francois Pelland, corporate and securities lawyer and partner at McMillan LLP. The nomination of above Board Members is effective as of April 10th for an undetermined period and is subject to applicable regulatory approvals.
As a result of the meeting of the shareholders of the Corporation held today, Demers Beaulne LLP were re-appointed as auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year, the Employees Stock Options Plan of the Corporation described in the proxy circular dated March 5, 2012 was approved and the Corporation was authorized to amend its articles so that the directors of the Corporation may appoint one or more additional directors, who shall hold office for a term expiring not later than the close of the next annual meeting of shareholders, but the total of directors so appointed may not exceed one third of the number of directors elected at the previous annual meeting of shareholders.
