TORONTO, Oct. 26 /CNW/ - Restoration Environmental Contractors is pleased to announce the appointment of David Bremner to the position of President.  David Bremner will assume full responsibility and control for the strategic and operational leadership of REC, a leader in hazardous materials removal, disaster recovery, and demolition.  Bremner's previous position at REC was Vice-President in charge of operations and business development.

David currently sits on the board of EACO, the Environmental Abatement Council of Ontario.  He has held a number of management positions in finance, sales and marketing, business development and operations.  He earned his BA in Politics from Queen's University in Kingston, Ontario.
