("RESAAS") (CNSX: RSS) announced today that due to employment requirements instituted by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), RESAAS Director, Roland Young, will be resigning effective immediately from his position as a Director and Chair of the Audit Committee of RESAAS.
Roland is employed as a Senior Associate in the PwC Deals Group in Calgary, Alberta. Per PwC policy, partners' and staff are not permitted to be Directors of publicly traded corporations.
Roland has been a valued member of the RESAAS team for the past two years and will transition onto the RESAAS Advisory Board effective immediately. We value Roland's financial expertise and look forward to his continued involvement with RESAAS.
RESAAS is pleased to announce the CTO, Tom Rossiter, will be joining the Board of Directors of RESAAS. In addition, RESAAS Director Chris Morgando has accepted the position as the new Chair of the Audit Committee.
