Renovation Funding for Ontario Benefits Windsor Shelter

WINDSOR, ON, Oct. 15 /CNW/ - The Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development Canada and Minister Responsible for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation and Member of Parliament for Essex, Jeff Watson will join Hiatus House representatives to celebrate recent renovation funding for the shelter in Windsor, as part of $73 million in federal funding being spent in Ontario over two years for renovation projects.

Hiatus House is a 42-bed project for women who are victims of domestic violence and their children.
