TORONTO, June 4, 2014 /CNW/ - Regal Lifestyle Communities Inc. ("Regal") (TSX: RLC) announced that the eight nominees listed in the management information circular for the 2014 Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders ("Meeting") held on June 4, 2014 were elected as directors of Regal. The vote was conducted by a show of hands. The detailed results of the votes are set out below:
