Redknee Signs Agreement with Telekom Austria Group

TORONTO, Feb. 19, 2014 /CNW/ - Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX: RKN), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software for communications service providers, is pleased to announce that it has signed a multi-year global framework agreement, worth more than $6 million USD, where Redknee will support Telekom Austria Group in Europe. Redknee's flexible and highly scalable solution will enable the group operator to improve operational efficiency and advance its market position. This agreement demonstrates Redknee's expertise and capabilities to address the needs of group operators and their growth strategies.

Leveraging Redknee's real-time billing, charging and customer care solution, Telekom Austria Group will be enabled to provide a superior customer experience. Redknee's real-time solution provides group operators with the ability to converge all of its systems, including voice, messaging, data, mobile and fixed lines, to gain simplicity and transparency to charge and bill for any transaction regardless of the payment method. In addition, with Redknee's modular solution, group operators can launch multi-country operations quickly and with a low total cost of ownership.
