Redknee Releases Results of Annual General Meeting

TORONTO, March 9, 2016 /CNW/ - Today, Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX: RKN) announced that the nominees listed in its Management Information Circular dated February 3, 2016 were elected by a show of hands as directors of Redknee. In addition, a resolution to approve the continuation, amendment and restatement of Redknee's Shareholder Rights Plan was passed by Redknee shareholders on a vote by ballot. Detailed results of the vote for the election of directors and the resolution to continue, amend and restate the Shareholder Rights Plan, held on Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at Redknee's annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") are as follows:
