Redknee Announces Minor Amendments to Shareholder Rights Plan

TORONTO, March 2, 2016 /CNW/ - Redknee Solutions Inc. (TSX: RKN) (the "Corporation"), a leading provider of business-critical billing and charging software and solutions for communications service providers, today announced that it has made minor changes to the Amended and Restated Shareholder Rights Plan (the "Rights Plan") which was attached as part of the Company's Management Information Circular dated February 3, 2016. 

The proposed changes to certain definitions of the Rights Plan were made to clarify these definitions and reflect best practices regarding 'new generation' shareholder rights plans in Canada. A blackline showing the changes to the Rights Plan is available on the Corporation's website at www.redknee.com.
