Rea Holdings Corp. Withdraws Martinrea Nominees

TORONTO, June 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Rea Holdings Corp. ("RHC") announced today, it is withdrawing its nomination of five highly-qualified individuals for the board of the Martinrea International Inc. ("Company" or "Martinrea").

Nat Rea, President of RHC would like to see all the outstanding issues resolved before he is prepared to take a seat on the Board.  He will continue his fight for the rights of all shareholders from outside the directors' suite.
