CALGARY, Feb. 6, 2014 /CNW/ - ARC Equity Management (Fund 5) Ltd. (as the general partner of ARC Energy Fund 5 Canadian Limited Partnership, ARC Energy Fund 5 United States Limited Partnership and ARC Energy Fund 5 International Limited Partnership, collectively "ARC Energy Fund 5") of Calgary, Alberta announced that ARC Energy Fund 5 has disposed of 2,206,099 common shares of Rock Energy Inc. (the "Corporation").

ARC Equity Management (Fund 4) Ltd. (as the fund manager of ARC Energy Venture Fund 4) of Calgary, Alberta announced that ARC Energy Venture Fund 4 has disposed of 1,255,565 common shares of the Corporation.

ARC Equity Management (Fund 3) Ltd. (as the fund manager of ARC Energy Venture Fund 3) of Calgary, Alberta announced that ARC Energy Venture Fund 3 has disposed of 38,336 common shares of the Corporation.

The transactions were conducted over the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, Alpha Exchange, Chi-X Canada and Omega ATS on February 5, 2014.  ARC Energy Fund 5, together with ARC Energy Venture Fund 4 and ARC Energy Venture Fund 3, now exercise control or direction over less than 10% of the outstanding common shares of the Corporation.

Each of ARC Energy Fund 5, ARC Energy Venture Fund 4 and ARC Energy Venture Fund 3 is a fund specializing in the energy sector.  Although each fund may make further purchases or dispositions of common shares of the Corporation through private purchases or through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, such transactions will be made for investment purposes.  This press release has been issued in order to comply with applicable securities legislation.
