LAVAL, QC, March 29, 2013 /CNW Telbec/ - RDTS merchandising society was appointed « Service Company of the year » at the 32nd edition of the Dunamis Gala, presented by the Chambre de commerce et d'industrie de Laval, which took place this Wednesday evening, March 27th, at the Château Royal. It is with great pride that Robert Di Tomasso, President and Founder of RDTS, stepped on the stage to accept this coveted prize.
This big entrepreneurs' night promised to be eventful with 38 companies competing to take home at least one of the 11 awards and the competition was bound to be fierce, especially since 63 companies had submitted their application and since 8 of the 11 finalists in the categories "Innovation" and "Service Company of 16 employees and over" had been nominated in two categories.
If RDTS was honored in such a way, it's because within the past few years, the company's Management team has entirely reviewed its business model, as well as the services offered, in order to differentiate themselves from the competition with their audacity. The company has acquired new tools and resources with its ISO 9001:2008 certification, has implemented innovative protocols and has relied on the expertise, flexibility, timeliness and professionalism of its employees. Its young, dynamic and perseverant team was able to offer outstanding support to their clients, which are mostly retail chains and national suppliers of consumer goods, in order to increase their sales. RDTS has been expanding tremendously over the past five years and the projects seem to come from all sides. The team has now set foot in Europe by developing business partnerships in France and in Italy, while many other business opportunities are being negotiated elsewhere in the world. This great recognition with the Dunamis Gala adds up to the long list of successes that the company had known in recent years.

The society was also nominated, thanks to its unique merchandising program: IMAGINE, in the "Innovation" category, prize that had been awarded to Le Groupe Adèle Inc. and BONE Structure, who finished the competition ex aequo.
The selection of finalists and laureates for this 32nd edition was operated by a board of influential individuals in Québec's economy. RDTS wishes to recognize the commitment and the outstanding work of the jury, chaired by Diane Blondeau of CITI BANQUE PRIVÉE, who lead to the success of this 32nd edition. Congratulations to the organization committee, all finalists and winners of the Dunamis Gala 2013, and to the entire team who has contributed to the success of this evening.
The Dunamis competition is an event which reveals the immense talent and creativity of entrepreneurs who invest to build the Québec of tomorrow and forge economic profile of the city.
