Reacts, from Montreal based technology firm, Innovative Imaging Technologies (IIT), is an integrated and secure collaboration platform, now being deployed to support RAMcare's social initiative of delivering enhanced primary medical care to Canadians who typically struggle to receive care.
RAMcare's social telemedicine initiative is aimed at delivering improved care to individuals with mental illness, addictions or immobility, or who are otherwise unable to access a health care provider.

Both RAMCare and IIT work closely with Joule, a subsidiary of the Canadian Medical Association (CMA). RAMcare was awarded Joule's first ever Social Innovation award and a $25,000 grant for its work delivering care to marginalized Canadians, and IIT/Reacts has teamed up with Joule to bring Reacts to CMA members all across Canada.
