SASKATOON, Nov. 27 /CNW/ - From November 30th to December 4th, a delegation of Québec business people will visit Saskatoon and partake for the first time in the 40th Saskatchewan Geological Survey Open House (SGSOH). As a platinum sponsor of this edition of the SGSOH, Québec wishes to demonstrate its commitment to developing strong relationships with Saskatchewan and leveraging its expertise in the mining sector. The delegation will spend the whole week meeting with stakeholders from the sector.
This government-led mission is composed of 11 companies offering innovative solutions to the mining sector including steel product engineering, manufacturing and erecting services, drilling solutions and high-quality safety equipment.
"We are confident the Québec expertise can contribute to the growth of the mining sector in Saskatchewan. This mission will be the first step in establishing long-term relationships within this sector." said Romeo Mocanu, General Manager, 48e Nord International, an organization responsible for promoting Québec's mining industry outside the province which will also take part in the mission.
