CALGARY, May 5, 2015 /CNW/ - Health Expert Bryce Wylde will demonstrate the effectiveness of the new Breathe Right® SleepWise app and how it can help snorers (and partners of snorers) improve breathing, reduce snoring and enhance sleep.
The Breathe Right® SleepWise app is an innovative bedside monitor that lives on your iPhone device to provide real-time information on your snoring habits. Using "test sleepers," Bryce will explain and demonstrate the new app that registers the user's average snore decibel between their quietest and loudest nights.
The user-friendly Breathe Right® SleepWise app works by monitoring and recording the severity of snoring. Users can create a profile and set up their "Before Breathe Right®" sleep sample. In the morning, they can see the personal results about how snoring is affecting their sleep. Based on these SleepWise recordings, users are given a personalized overall "Z Rating". The app also provides comparison sounds for a user's "Peak Snore" (i.e. user's "Peak Snore" is as loud as a chainsaw). Within a few days, six Breathe Right® Nasal Strip samples are mailed to interested users to be applied for an "After Breathe Right®" sleep recording. With Health Canada recognizing May 3 to 9, 2015 as North American Occupation Safety and Health Weeki, we could all benefit from improving the quality of sleep we have every night.
Interview and photo opportunities will be available with Bryce Wylde at the London Drugs Mt Royal Village, 1508 8th Street SW, Calgary on May 6 from 12:30 – 1:30 p.m., with information on natural sleep health and details on this ground breaking app.
