TORONTO, Nov. 5, 2015 /CNW/ - Investing in the development and future of Emery Village, the new Globe Meats Fresh Market & Grill location will be hosting Councillor George Mammoliti and Mayor John Tory during their Emery Village tour on Friday November 13^th.

For over 40 years, Globe Meats has been a pioneer butcher shop in the area servicing customers all over the GTA. Globe Meats has completed a major expansion thereby emulating the visions of the Emery Village Business Improvement Area. Emery Village is expected to put the neighborhood on the tourism map in the coming years.

Believing in Emery Village's plans, Globe Meats Fresh Market & Grill invested in the neighborhood's future and has built a state of the art butcher facility adjacent to its previous location. Graduating from the traditional butcher shop it has always been renown for, it has expanded to service its customers with a wide selection of groceries as well as a restaurant and grill. Owner, Dante Dibiase, is proud to be part of a larger project for the area, "following in my father's footsteps I've maintained the tradition of what this business was built upon and expanded it while giving the store a modern twist. Having been part of this community for the past 40 years it was important for me to find a new larger location in this community."

In completing this expansion patrons are able to come and enjoy a great shopping experience, in addition to a brand new restaurant & grill, featuring among other offerings; wood burning oven pizza, porchetta, pannini, risotti, premium steaks and much more.
