QUSAC Decaf redeems the shares of Mother Parkers in the decaffeination company

Company renews long-term partnership with Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee.

VALLEYFIELD, QC, Feb. 6, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - QUSAC Decaf announced today that it has concluded a deal with Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee Inc. to acquire their shares of the decaffeination company for an undisclosed amount.  Under the terms of the deal, Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee has entered into a long-term supply agreement with QUSAC Decaf for decaffeination services.
