The "good at everything broker" earns top honors in The Globe and Mail survey
VANCOUVER, Nov. 28, 2014 /CNW/ - Qtrade Investor once again claimed the top spot in the annual Globe and Mail ranking of online brokers. It is the seventh number one ranking for Qtrade Investor in the past nine years.
The only online broker to receive an overall 'A' rating, Qtrade Investor scored well across all criteria. According to the rankings, "A broker needs to be good at all things to be No. 1 today, and that's why Qtrade has edged back into first place."
"This award speaks to the determination of everyone at Qtrade to deliver a superior online investing experience to our clients," said Qtrade Financial Group CEO Scott Gibner. "Being Canada's best online broker is about providing platforms, tools and support so that investors can make better decisions," he said. "We are always driving to improve in every area that truly matters to online investors, including competitive pricing, outstanding service and support, ease of use, and sophisticated research tools and resources."
The Globe Mail's annual survey, published on November 26, evaluates online brokers across a range of criteria, including cost, account reporting, trading experience, range of investments available, research tools, and innovation.
