PyroGenesis Strengthens its Board of Directors
MONTREAL, Feb. 27, 2012 /CNW/ - PyroGenesis Canada Inc. ("PyroGenesis" or the "Company") (TSXV: PYR), an environmental solutions company that designs, develops and manufactures plasma waste-to-energy systems and plasma torch products, today announced that Major General Robert M. Radin has joined the Company's board of directors. Major General Radin recently retired from active duty with the U.S. Army after more than 35 years service.

Major General Radin served as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, Army Logistics, at the Pentagon from September, 2009 to June, 2011. In this position, he was responsible for policy development, strategic planning and budget programming for distribution, readiness reporting and contingency contracting.
Before joining the Army staff, he served for two years as Commanding General of the U.S. Army Sustainment Command in Rock Island, Illinois. In this role, he executed an annual operating budget in excess of $10 billion that was responsible for sustainment and maintenance support for more than $24.5 billion worth of supplies and equipment.
