("PUF" or the "Company") (CSE: PUF) (Frankfurt: PU3) (OTCPK: PUFXF), is pleased to announce the voting results of its Special Meeting held on August 7, 2018. A total of 10,492,782 common shares representing 17.81% of the issued shares of the Company were represented at the Meeting. All resolutions presented to the shareholders were approved (see the SEDAR filing of the Company's Information Circular dated June 18, 2018).
Shareholders voted 98.4% in favour of the plan of arrangement, which involves the distribution of common shares of Natures Hemp Corp. ("Natures Hemp") to the shareholders of the Company and 98.3% in favour of the adoption of a 10% rolling stock option plan of Natures Hemp.
